Reduces the maximum time period for scheduling a hearing on certificate of exemption revocation from 60 days to 45 days after the date of notice.

Maintains the minimum time period of 15 days before a hearing may be scheduled for persons possessing a certificate of exemption.

Applies to proceedings where the Insurance Commissioner notifies a life or disability insurer that grounds exist to believe the insurer is violating Insurance Code provisions or operating outside the terms of their exemption certificate.
