Amends Section 25750.5 of the Business and Professions Code to authorize on-sale licensees in airport terminals to sell alcoholic beverages in airside terminal spaces under a COVID-19 Temporary Catering Authorization.

Requires alcoholic beverages sold in airside spaces to be served in distinguishable, clearly labeled containers with a maximum of 2 containers per customer transaction (6 oz wine, 12 oz beer, or 1.5 oz distilled spirits per container).

Mandates licensees receive written approval from the airport operator and post signage notifying consumers that open containers cannot be removed from the designated area.

Makes all licensees sharing a common licensed area in airside terminal space jointly responsible for compliance with laws subject to license discipline.

Repeals duplicative COVID-19 Temporary Catering Authorization provisions and sunsets all provisions in this section on July 1, 2026.
