Requires the State Auditor to maintain a publicly accessible internet website displaying the status of audit and investigation recommendations for at least three years from publication.

Website must identify the audited state agency, audit details, recommendation text, issuance date, and the agency's most recent status explanation including expected implementation date.

State agencies must submit annual updates on unimplemented recommendations to the State Auditor, who posts them to the website explaining delays and providing expected completion dates.

Changes judicial branch audit frequency from every two years to every three years, beginning in calendar year 2025.

Creates an appropriation to the State Audit Fund to cover expanded duties of the State Auditor's Office.
