Establishes the California Agritourism Liability Act to define agritourism activities and limit civil liability for agritourism professionals on farms, ranches, or rural land engaged in agriculture or ranching.

Exempts agritourism professionals from civil liability for participant injuries or deaths resulting exclusively from inherent risks of agritourism activities, including natural land conditions, animal behavior, and ordinary farming equipment hazards.

Removes liability exemption if agritourism professionals commit gross negligence or willful/wanton disregard for safety, fail to disclose known dangerous conditions of land, facilities, equipment or dangerous animal propensities, or knowingly allow participants to engage in activities while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Requires agritourism operators to post warning signs at entrance and activity locations with black letters at least one inch high notifying participants they assume the risk of inherent agritourism dangers.

Makes the assumption of risk an affirmative defense that agritourism professionals must plead in civil damage actions brought by participants.
