Requires the State Department of Public Health to aggregate data on vaccine coverage rates and viral illness preparedness in skilled nursing facilities serving veterans and seniors using existing data, reports, and studies.

Mandates the department submit a report to the Assembly and Senate Committees on Health detailing facility preparedness for viral illnesses, financial impacts on individuals and the state, and health trends in high-impact demographic groups and geographic areas.

Requires the department to disseminate best practices through cost-effective means for increasing vaccine coverage rates at skilled nursing facilities and implementing treatment protocols for mental, physical, and behavioral effects of viral illnesses in veterans and seniors.

Directs the department to identify and pursue available federal funding to incentivize skilled nursing facilities for improving vaccine coverage rates for influenza, RSV, and SARS-CoV-2.

Defines "viral illnesses" as including influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
