Requires the State Department of Public Health to develop an awareness campaign publicizing the website "abortion.ca.gov" to the general public, health care providers, professional associations, health care employers, local public health officers, and local health departments.

Campaign aims to address delays and impairments to timely abortion and reproductive services caused by misleading information from certain pregnancy clinics.

Department shall implement the campaign only upon legislative appropriation of funds for that purpose.
