Requires law enforcement agencies to disaggregate criminal statistics data based on whether incidents occurred in Indian country, as defined in federal law (18 U.S.C. § 1151)

Applies to records and data reported under the National Incident-Based Reporting system pursuant to Penal Code Sections 13010 and 13020

Enacted to provide the Attorney General with criminal reporting data to improve implementation of concurrent criminal jurisdiction on California Indian lands and provide technical assistance to local law enforcement agencies serving tribal jurisdictions

Creates a state-mandated local program; reimbursement for any costs determined by the Commission on State Mandates shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7 (commencing with Section 17500)
