Amends Section 11549.58 of the Government Code to require additional information in the Office of Broadband and Digital Literacy's annual report to the Legislature's budget committees.

Adds three new reporting requirements: the total cost to complete the statewide open-access middle-mile broadband network, the total available funding for the network, and the projected completion date.

Maintains existing annual reporting requirements on network length, construction progress, internet service provider usage, household projections, and expenditures by quarter.

Requires the Department of Technology to update a map on its public website within 60 days of executing any contract for lease, build, or joint-build of network segments.
