Amends Government Code Section 54957 to authorize legislative bodies to hold closed sessions with "other law enforcement or security personnel" in addition to currently specified individuals.

Permits closed sessions to discuss threats to "critical infrastructure controls" or "critical infrastructure information" relating to cybersecurity, defined as networks and systems vital to local agencies whose failure would harm public health, safety, or economic security.

Defines "critical infrastructure information" to include actual or threatened attacks on critical systems, vulnerability assessments, and operational solutions related to cybersecurity threats.

Includes legislative findings demonstrating that the closed session authorization protects critical cybersecurity information to prevent attacks that could damage public facilities and services.
