Allows occupational therapists and physical therapists with valid California licenses to qualify for a preliminary administrative services credential by satisfying basic skills requirements instead of requiring a teaching credential.

Permits school-based occupational therapists and physical therapists to count 3 years of experience in those roles to satisfy the experience requirement for the administrative services credential.

Changes private school references from "equivalent status" to "regionally accredited private schools of equivalent status" to clarify eligibility standards.

Includes coordination language with Senate Bill 1329 so that if both bills are enacted, Section 1.5 of this bill becomes operative and Section 1 does not.
