Amends Water Code Section 21377.5 to authorize the Tri-Dam Project board of directors to hold up to four regular meetings annually at offices located in Sonora, California, Strawberry, California, or within 30 miles of either city.

Replaces previous authorization that limited meetings to the Strawberry, California office location only.

Requires the board of directors to adopt a resolution at a regular meeting designating which Tri-Dam Project office locations will be used.

Maintains compliance with the Ralph M. Brown Act (California's open meetings law) for notice and conduct of all meetings.

Approved by Governor on June 26, 2024, and filed with the Secretary of State the same date.
