Allocates $180,000 for Progressive Democrats for Social Justice, et al. v. Bonta (U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, No. 21-cv-03875).

Allocates $193,000 for Right to Life of Central California v. Bonta (U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, No. 21-cv-1512).

Any funds exceeding actual payment amounts must revert to the General Fund within 45 days after final payment; bill takes effect immediately as an urgency statute.
