Clarifies that a "sideshow" is also known as a "street takeover," defined as an event where two or more persons block or impede traffic on a highway or parking facility to perform motor vehicle stunts, speed contests, exhibitions of speed, or reckless driving for spectators.

Permits courts to suspend or restrict driving privileges for 90 days to 6 months for persons convicted of motor vehicle exhibition of speed violations that occur as part of a sideshow, commencing July 1, 2025.

Requires courts to consider medical, personal, or family hardships when deciding whether to suspend or restrict a driver's license for sideshow-related violations.

Allows restricted driving privileges limited to necessary travel to and from employment and driving within the scope of employment if such driving is necessary for job duties.

Requires courts to clearly mark restrictions and dates on driver's licenses and notify the Department of Motor Vehicles, which must enter the restriction into the person's records and any subsequently issued licenses during the restriction period.
