Requires each county jail to provide incarcerated persons with contact information for local social services agencies upon release, effective January 1, 2026.

Contact information must include local social services agency, county child support agency, alcohol or drug abuse resources, homeless shelters, and local mental health resources for counseling or therapy.

Information shall be provided on physical paper or document upon release, unless the incarcerated person provides contact information to receive it electronically via email or text message.

Creates a state-mandated local program; if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill contains state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made under Government Code Part 7 (Section 17500 et seq.).
