Amends Section 13730 of the Penal Code to require law enforcement agencies to include a notation in domestic violence incident reports documenting whether a firearm or other deadly weapon was removed from the location of the domestic violence call.

Establishes this new reporting requirement alongside existing requirements to document whether weapons were present and whether officers inquired about firearms or deadly weapons at the scene.

Creates a state-mandated local program by increasing reporting duties on law enforcement agencies.

Provides that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement to local agencies shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7, commencing with Section 17500.
