Allows the Medical Board of California to extend licenses for physicians from Mexico licensed under the existing pilot program for an additional 3 years upon request by the licensee and their employing community health clinic's chief executive officer.

Requires requesting physicians to hold an active license under Section 853 (as it existed on January 1, 2024) at the time of their extension request to be eligible.

Sets the extension fee at $1,726.50, to be paid at the time of the extension request.

Repeals this extension provision on January 1, 2025.

Takes effect immediately as an urgency statute to maintain continuity of care provided by these physicians.
