Exempts residential units leased to tenants receiving federal Housing Choice Vouchers or Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing vouchers from California's parking unbundling requirement.

Applies only to qualifying residential properties with 16 or more units issued a certificate of occupancy on or after January 1, 2025, in specified counties (Alameda, Fresno, Los Angeles, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Joaquin, Santa Clara, Shasta, and Ventura).

Does not apply to properties with individual garages, affordable housing developments, properties financed with low-income housing tax credits, or those financed with tax-exempt bonds from the California Housing Finance Agency.
