Requires state agencies and departments administering homelessness programs to report annual cost and outcome data to the California Interagency Council on Homelessness, beginning September 1, 2025.

Mandates the council to develop data collection and reporting procedures in coordination with reporting agencies and departments, aligned with existing reporting requirements.

Requires the council to compile reported data and make it publicly available annually beginning April 1, 2026.
