Requires the Instructional Quality Commission to consider including sextortion prevention content in the health curriculum framework when it is next revised on or after January 1, 2025

Defines "sextortion" as threatening to use sexual or intimate images or videos to compel another person to produce sexual or intimate images or videos, engage in sexual acts, or provide anything of value

Applies to the state's health curriculum framework revision process without creating a new appropriation
