Requires the Wildfire and Forest Resilience Task Force to develop an interagency funding strategy in partnership with the Natural Resources Agency to promote integrated projects addressing wildfire, watershed function, biodiversity, and climate adaptation on fire-prone lands.

Mandates the strategy provide frameworks for regional investment strategies across major state regions, promote block grants for regional project portfolios, and coordinate state, federal, utility, and other programs that protect and restore fire-prone lands.

Requires the Natural Resources Agency and relevant state entities to review and update grant guidelines for climate change, biodiversity, conservation, fire, and watershed restoration programs to encourage multiple benefit projects and simplify application processes.

Applies only to grant programs receiving funding through the 2024 Budget Act or general obligation bonds, with focus on aligning timing, requirements, and application procedures across similar programs.

Directs natural and working lands investments to be guided by California's Nature-Based Solutions Climate Targets and the Natural and Working Lands Climate Smart Strategy to the extent feasible.
