Amends Section 35 of the Code of Civil Procedure to include cases involving fraudulent campaign materials in the list of election-related proceedings that must receive calendar priority in courts.

Requires proceedings in fraudulent campaign material cases to be placed on the court calendar in order of filing date and given precedence over other cases.

Creates two effective dates: the initial amendment takes effect immediately upon enactment, with a second amendment becoming operative on January 1, 2027.

Section 35 is set to be repealed on January 1, 2027, unless a later-enacted statute extends or deletes that date.
