Amends Section 25660 of the Business and Professions Code to recognize digital driver's licenses and identification cards as valid proof of age and identity for alcohol sales.

Digital licenses or identification cards must validate that the holder is 21 years or older and be issued pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 13020.

Digital documents qualify as bona fide evidence only if the Department of Motor Vehicles authorizes their use without requiring possession of a physical driver's license or identification card.

Reliance on valid digital proof of age remains a legal defense for licensees and their employees against criminal prosecution and license suspension or revocation for selling to minors.

Updates gender-specific language in the statute from "his or her" to "their" for inclusive phrasing.
