Requires county board of supervisors members to disclose known family relationships with officers or employees of nonprofit entities before the board appropriates money to those entities.

Defines "family relationship" as relationships by blood, adoption, marriage, domestic partnership, or cohabitation.

Defines "nonprofit entity" as organizations exempt from taxation under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(5), or nonprofit corporations.

Requires disclosure to be made publicly at an open meeting and recorded in the official board records.
