Permits employing agencies to request removal of home address confidentiality protections from Department of Motor Vehicles records for terminated employees if no appeal is filed or if termination is upheld.

Requires employing agencies to certify in their request that either no appeal has been filed or the termination has been upheld.

Department must comply with removal requests within 45 days of receipt.

Maintains confidentiality protections while an appeal from termination is ongoing and until the appeal process is exhausted.

Does not apply to terminations resulting from the filing of a criminal complaint, which retain existing confidentiality protections.
