Requires health care service plans to pay or reimburse pharmacist services performed at in-network or out-of-network pharmacies if the plan offers out-of-network pharmacy benefits.

Requires disability insurers covering hospital, medical, or surgical expenses to pay or reimburse pharmacist services at in-network or out-of-network pharmacies if the insurer has an out-of-network pharmacy benefit.

Payment or reimbursement applies only when the service is within the pharmacist's lawful scope of practice and the coverage provides reimbursement for identical services performed by other licensed health care providers.

Prohibits plans or insurers from paying duplicate claims to multiple providers and does not limit physician reimbursement.
