Restricts extended-hour sales to private club areas no larger than 2,500 square feet with maximum 100-person capacity, limited to 21+ patrons only, following sporting events, concerts, or major events

Sets permit fee at $2,000 initial and $1,500 annual renewal, with fees deposited into the Alcohol Beverage Control Fund

Requires City of Inglewood to report annually to the department on crime impacts, including DUI arrests and related offenses
