Requires employers who voluntarily undergo social compliance audits examining child labor practices to post a clear and conspicuous link on their website to a report detailing their child labor law compliance findings.

Defines "social compliance audit" as a voluntary, nongovernmental inspection or assessment of an employer's operations to evaluate compliance with state and federal labor laws, including wage and hour, health and safety, and child labor regulations.

Mandates audit reports include the audit date and time, whether child labor was engaged in or supported, written policies regarding child employees, hazards to children, whether children worked during school or night hours, and a disclaimer that the auditing company is not a government agency.

Applies to audits conducted in part or in whole to determine if child labor is involved in an employer's operations or practices.

Became effective upon Governor approval on September 22, 2024.
