Establishes the Commission on Cutting Red Tape within the Government Operations Agency, effective July 1, 2025, consisting of 5 members appointed by the Governor.

Commission's mission is to identify administrative obstacles in governmental procedures that waste time and resources without providing protections, and recommend regulatory or statutory solutions.

Commission shall operate a public feedback portal, establish industry panels, review governmental processes, and recommend policy changes to the Secretary of Government Operations.

Secretary of Government Operations must submit annual reports to the Legislature and relevant state agencies by March 15, 2026, and annually thereafter, detailing the commission's recommendations.
