Extends the repeal date of the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2029

Removes term length and age requirements for board members and grants each appointing authority the power to remove board members appointed by that authority for neglect of duties, incompetence, or dishonorable conduct

Expands examination waiver authority to allow the board to waive any part of the second division of the professional engineer examination for eminently qualified persons, and requires seismic principles and engineering surveying principles to be tested as separate parts

Requires professional engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and land surveyors to disclose in written contracts whether they have current professional liability insurance coverage

Requires businesses engaged in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering services or land surveying to file documentary evidence demonstrating compliance with ownership and responsible charge requirements, and requires land surveyors to reconstruct or rehabilitate monuments used as control in surveys until January 1, 2029
