Requires principals of public and private schools serving grades 6-12 to notify students at least annually of the locations of all AED units on campus.

Maintains existing requirements for AED owners to ensure devices are maintained, tested biannually, and inspected every 90 days for operational issues.

Requires principals of all K-12 schools to ensure staff receive annual information about sudden cardiac arrest, emergency response plans, and proper AED use.

Does not create penalties for violations and does not require building owners to acquire or install AEDs.
