Must display average timeframes for issuing first payments (when no additional information requested), requesting applicant interviews, disqualifying claimants, completing interviews, and making final eligibility determinations.

Requires updating published timeframe information every 2 weeks and displaying graphical representations of the most recent 6 months of data for each metric.

Mandates the department include the website address and description of available information on the Notice of Unemployment Insurance Claim Filed sent to claimants.
