Requires the Department of Transportation to develop guidelines for data sharing, documentation, public access, and quality control related to street furniture data (bus shelters, benches, trash receptacles, public toilets) and submit a report to the Legislature by January 1, 2025, then every three years thereafter.

Mandates the department create a statewide integrated data platform using California Minimum General Transit Feed Specification guidelines to integrate street furniture data from state, local, and academic sources by specified dates, with existing state data available by September 1, 2025.

Requires the department to publicize data sharing protocols to allow trip planning applications to use street furniture data so transit customers can plan routes based on shade, accessibility, and other amenities.

Designates the Integrated Climate Adaptation and Resiliency Program Technical Advisory Council or another equity-focused entity to advise on development of guidelines and review reports to ensure accessibility, equity, and sustainability goals are met.

Prohibits street furniture data from including personal information as defined by California's privacy law and requires collaboration with the California Transportation Commission, Office of Planning and Research, Department of Public Health, and local agencies.
