Requires food delivery platforms to provide customers with the driver's first name and picture on their application when notified that a purchase is out for delivery, effective March 1, 2025

Exempts orders from this requirement if the food facility uses its own delivery driver or if the order is received through the food facility's website or a third party other than the food delivery platform

Applies to the definition of "food delivery platform" under the existing Fair Food Delivery Act of 2020, which regulates online intermediaries between consumers and food facilities

Does not require any appropriation and passed with majority vote
