Establishes guidelines by January 1, 2025 for the Department of Conservation to fund implementation of regional priority strategies for wildfire and forest resilience, developed in consultation with the Wildfire and Forest Resilience Task Force.

Requires the Department of Conservation to create regional investment strategies identifying and aligning federal, state, local, tribal, and private sector resources to support implementation of regional plans that advance goals in California's Wildfire and Forest Resilience Action Plan (January 2021) and subsequent updates.

Authorizes conservancies, departments, and boards within the Natural Resources Agency to directly award regional block grants to eligible regional entities, forest collaboratives, and partnerships for implementing regional plans and multijurisdictional landscape-scale wildfire resilience projects.

Mandates the Department of Conservation to provide the task force and post on its website a description, amount, and outcome of each regional block grant awarded.
