Authorizes issuance and sale of $3,650,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund agricultural climate resilience, farmworker protection, and food access programs, subject to voter approval at the November 5, 2024 statewide general election.

Allocates $1,235,000,000 for improving agricultural resilience and sustainable agriculture, including soil health, water efficiency, livestock methane reduction, organic farming transition, and agricultural land protection.

Allocates $750,000,000 for protecting farmworker health and well-being through affordable housing assistance, home energy efficiency improvements, personal protective equipment stockpiles, safe drinking water access, and resource centers.

Allocates $750,000,000 for sustainable healthy food access and nutrition security, including school kitchen infrastructure, emergency food assistance, farmers markets, community gardens, and senior nutrition programs.

Allocates $915,000,000 for strengthening regional food economies through local food infrastructure, meat processing facilities, fishing facilities, farmer training centers, equipment cooperatives, and compost facilities.
