Requires the State Department of Health Care Services to make grants and financial support available to Medi-Cal managed care plans by July 1, 2024, to develop reproductive and behavioral health integration pilot programs with qualified providers

Defines "qualified provider" as a Medi-Cal provider enrolled in the Family PACT Program that provides abortion- and contraception-related services

Allows pilot program services to include behavioral health evaluation, treatment, screening (including perinatal/postpartum conditions), psychological testing, psychiatric consultation, and patient navigation to specialty mental health services

Requires the department to establish a working group with representatives from multiple state agencies, qualified providers, and consumer advocates to develop funding criteria, evaluate pilot programs, and report findings to the Legislature on best practices for integrating behavioral health in reproductive health settings

Directs funding to support development and expansion of services, infrastructure, and capacity to improve access to behavioral health services for Medi-Cal beneficiaries with mild-to-moderate behavioral health conditions
