Extends the sunset date for the State Department of Health Care Services' reimbursement program for the Robert F. Kennedy Farm Workers Medical Plan from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2031.

Maintains the annual reimbursement cap of $3,000,000 per year for claim payments exceeding $70,000 made by the plan for a single episode of care.

Requires the plan to submit annually verified claims data (September 1 to August 31) to the state, certified by an independent certified public accountant.

Mandates the Department of Health Care Services to reimburse the plan within 60 days of receiving claims data, for the aggregate amount of claims exceeding $70,000, up to the $3,000,000 annual cap.
