Allows self-service storage facility owners to advertise lien sales either once weekly for 2 consecutive weeks in a newspaper OR once in a newspaper plus once on an internet website for at least 7 days before the sale.

Permits publication in a newspaper of general circulation in either the public notice district where the sale is held or in the county where the storage facility is located.

Requires posting advertisements in at least 6 conspicuous places in the neighborhood if no newspaper of general circulation is available in the relevant public notice district or county.

Removes the requirement that advertisements include a general description of the stored goods.

Specifies that commercially reasonable sales may include in-person auctions or sales on publicly accessible internet websites that conduct online auctions or sales.
