Includes specific devices such as air conditioners, electric heaters, electric heat pumps, air filters, humidifiers, and backup power sources for operating medical equipment during outages.

Requires Medi-Cal managed care plans to provide information about available community supports in member handbooks and websites, and requires the State Department of Health Care Services to publicly post which supports each plan offers.

Mandates annual public reporting on community supports utilization data, populations served, and demographic information stratified by age, sex, race, ethnicity, and languages spoken.
