Requires health care service plans and health insurance policies issued, amended, or renewed on or after January 1, 2024, to cover prostate cancer screening services consistent with nationally recognized, evidence-based clinical guidelines.

Prohibits applying deductibles, copayments, or coinsurance to prostate cancer screening for enrollees or insureds who are 55 years or older, or 40 years or older and high risk as determined by their provider.

Defines high-risk individuals as those who are Black, have a family history of prostate cancer, have a genetic predisposition to prostate cancer, or are veterans.

Exempts high deductible plans from this requirement to the extent permitted under federal law regarding preventive care.

States that no state reimbursement is required because costs result from changes to criminal penalties related to willful violations by health care service plans.
