Authorizes public prosecutors to provide public defenders' offices and licensed attorneys with lists containing only the peace officer's name, defendant's name, and case number to facilitate notification of defendants whose cases may involve testimony by that officer

Allows disclosure of exculpatory or impeachment evidence involving peace officers to counsel representing other criminal defendants without waiving any privilege or confidentiality

Requires disclosure to be made only upon agreement by the receiving public defender's office, alternate public defender's office, or licensed attorney

Clarifies that such disclosures do not constitute disclosures under other laws and do not limit existing legal mandates to disclose evidence under Chapter 10 of Title 6 of Part 2

Declares no state reimbursement is required as costs result from creating a new crime, eliminating a crime, or changing criminal penalties
