State Department of Public Health must conduct an awareness campaign to communicate with local health departments, health care providers, and the public about facilities providing health care services, including primary care and specialty clinics.

Campaign must include information about services related to pregnancy care and abortion offered by facilities, and information about the department's activities related to pregnancy care and abortion.

Department must make campaign information available to the general public, health care providers, professional associations and societies, health care employers, and local public health officers and departments.

Department may award grants or enter into contracts to conduct the awareness campaign, with contracts exempt from the Public Contract Code and Department of General Services approval.

Bill repeals on January 1, 2025.
