Requires Scripps Institution to provide a report to the Legislature with recommendations for developing a coastal cliff landslide and erosion early warning system by March 30, 2026

Provides liability protection for UC Regents and employees acting in good faith regarding measurements, predictions, and warnings about bluff failure, excluding protection for gross negligence or willful misconduct

Report requirement expires on March 30, 2030 pursuant to Government Code Section 10231.5
