Requires the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Advisory Committee to include one representative from an organization that serves or advocates on behalf of older adults (defined as 60 years or older).

Adds two members to the California Health Workforce Education and Training Council: a state agency official responsible for administering programs serving older adults and a state commission official advocating on behalf of older adults.

Requires the State Workforce Development Board to include state agency officials responsible for administering programs serving older adults and state commission officials advocating on behalf of older adults.

Adds representatives of organizations serving or advocating for older adults to the California Behavioral Health Planning Council and the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission.

Requires the Interagency Council on Homelessness advisory committee to include representatives from organizations serving or advocating on behalf of older adults experiencing homelessness.
