Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation must provide each released inmate with written informational materials about vocational rehabilitation services and independent living programs offered by the Department of Rehabilitation, along with an enrollment form for vocational rehabilitation services.

These materials must be provided to all released inmates regardless of whether the department determines them eligible for the programs.

Expands the definition of "vocational rehabilitation services" to explicitly include services for formerly incarcerated persons with disabilities designed to promote rehabilitation and reduce recidivism.

The Department of Rehabilitation's existing vocational rehabilitation services remain unchanged, with the bill adding services for formerly incarcerated persons as a new category of eligible individuals.
