Requires each county sheriff to compile and submit data to the Board of State and Community Corrections by January 1, 2025, including lists of educational, rehabilitative, and exercise opportunities in county jails

Mandates sheriffs to report the number of participants, administrative costs, and overall recidivism rates for each county jail program

Defines recidivism as a new felony or misdemeanor conviction or probation violation occurring within three years of a previous criminal conviction

Requires the Board of State and Community Corrections to compile a report based on submitted data and submit it to the Legislature by July 1, 2025

Sunsets on July 1, 2029, and is repealed as of January 1, 2030
