Requires growers or producers selling bell peppers, blueberries, dates, honeydew melons, lemons, olives, or table grapes to distributors to attest under penalty of perjury that products comply with California health, environmental protection, and labor laws using a department-developed form.

Requires distributors to provide the self-attestation form to retailers with multiple locations and prohibits distributors from selling these agricultural products if the form is incomplete or indicates non-compliance with California laws.

Establishes a $500 civil penalty for each violation by a distributor, with recovered funds deposited into the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund for enforcement and the Buy California Program.

Directs the Department of Food and Agriculture to adopt regulations to administer these requirements and prohibits the department from imposing additional fees on growers or producers.

Applies only to the listed agricultural products during California's growing season for each product.
