Authorizes parents, guardians, and local educational agencies to audio record meetings and team meetings held pursuant to Section 504 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973

Requires notification of intent to audio record at least 24 hours before the meeting

Prohibits audio recording if the local educational agency initiates recording and the parent or guardian objects or refuses to attend because of the recording

Defines "local educational agency" as school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and other educational entities subject to Section 504
