Requires the State Department of Social Services to publish data on students' CalFresh benefits on the department's CalFresh Data Dashboard no later than January 1, 2024.

Data must include metrics on student applications, demographics, and exemptions from existing data sources while excluding personally identifiable information.

Mandates the department update the dashboard on an annual basis and whenever additional data becomes available about the student population.

Defines "enrolled in an institution of higher education" according to Section 273.5 of Title 7 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
