Requires the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to collect voluntary self-identification information on race and ethnicity for people admitted, in custody, and released or paroled, including specific categories for Asian, Pacific Islander, and Indigenous populations currently grouped as "other."

Mandates the department prepare and publish monthly demographic data disaggregated by the specified race and ethnicity categories (including American Indian/Alaskan Native, Vietnamese, Samoan, Hmong, Korean, Filipino, and others).

Requires data to be publicly available on the department's internet website via the Offender Data Points dashboard beginning January 1, 2025.

Protects privacy by excluding personally identifying information and reporting population counts under 50 only as "fewer than 50."
